RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within a specified time frame, usually within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

EXCHANGE:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact/e-mail us at jaydaclothing@gmail.com
  2. The exchange will be confirmed once the item has gone through a quality check.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  4. Exchanges are "subject to availability" and we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock. In that case, you will get a store credit with a validity for 1 month from the date of issue.

REFUND: Upon receiving the returned item, the clothing brand will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment source used for the purchase. The refund may exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the clothing brand.

CANCELLATION: We do not accept any cancellation once the item has been shipped.
